About Us!

Hello!  So happy to meet you!  I am a wife to my high school sweetheart and a Mom to 2 teenagers!  I am an Arizona native and love it here...well except for the hot summers!  

I have been in the dental field for over 20 years.  I obtained my dental hygiene degree and license in 2003 from Rio Salado College.  Since then I have practiced clinically as a dental hygienist treating patients from age 1 all the way to 100!  

As a hygienist we are constantly learning.  I was introduced to myofunctional therapy and orofacial disorders and I was immediately intrigued.  I decided to expand my knowledge and took my first course on myofunctional therapy.   It was then that I learned I had a tongue tie myself as well as sleep apnea, which started me on my own journey.  This really opened up a whole new world and I really became interested in the world of airway and myofunctional therapy. I have seen how orofacial myofunctional disorders can really impact peoples lives. I really want to educate people on how your oral health can affect your entire body.  I look forward to helping you in your own journey!
